Whether you are down the road or across the country, here is everything you need to know about how we get your orders to you safely and efficiently.
We have partnered with New Zealand’s leading freight networks; NZ Couriers and Mainfreight to offer reliable, rapid shipping nationwide.
Small & Medium Parcels (Under 25kg)
Courier Service: NZ Couriers (Overnight)
Delivery Window: 95% of our daily shipments are delivered before 10:00 AM the following morning.
Last-Minute & Urgent Orders: Need it urgently? We can have packages assigned to a courier as late as 4:45 PM, allocated into the freight network and delivered by midday the next day.
Rural (Non-Urban) Deliveries: Please note that once a shipment hits the rural network, it can add an extra 1 to 2 days to the delivery window.
We can also deliver to your local NZ courier depot for pickup - use their nearest location tool. There are also Saturday delivery options available.
Heavy & Bulky Freight (Over 25kg)
Transport Partner: Mainfreight
North Island Deliveries: Next-day delivery to North Island destinations.
South Island Deliveries: Typically 2 to 4 business days, depending on the ferry crossing schedules.
International Shipping
Carrier Partners: We generally ship international orders via DHL or NZ Post, depending on where they are heading.
Customer-Organised Freight: For specialized international orders, we will safely pack your goods at our warehouse and let you take the lead on freight. You arrange the DHL consignment pickup. Simply send us the completed paperwork, we will label the shipment, and ensure it is ready for collection when the carrier arrives.

- While we invest heavily in top-tier freight partners to ensure 95% of our daily shipments arrive by 10:00 AM the next morning, all listed delivery timeframes and lead times are estimates
- These estimates depend entirely on courier and transport networks operating at 100% capacity and efficiency.
- External factors outside our control—such as extreme weather events, carrier sorting errors, road closures, or Cook Strait ferry disruptions (which directly influence our 2-to-4-day South Island delivery times — can occasionally cause delays.
- Deliveries to rural or non-urban addresses require handovers to local rural networks, which will add an extra 1 to 2 business days to your delivery timeframe
- We highly recommend placing orders for critical parts with a buffer to ensure your operations run smoothly even if unexpected transit delays occur.
