Double Effect Overcenter Valve for Closed Centre

A double-acting counterbalance valve specifically designed for closed-centre hydraulic circuits — where a standard overcenter valve would lock the motor in a centred spool condition. Available in aluminium (275 bar) or steel (350 bar) manifold construction.

  • Max operating pressure: 275 bar (aluminium) / 350 bar (steel)
  • Port connections V & C: Female BSPP — 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2"

  • Pilot ratio: 4.1:1 (8:1 and 11:1 available on request)
  • Setting range: X series 50–210 bar / Y series 100–350 bar
  • Standard setting: 200 bar (X) / 300 bar (Y)
  • Fluid temperature: −20 °C to +90 °C
  • Ambient temperature: −20 °C to +50 °C
  • Filtration standard: ISO 4406
  • Standard seals: NBR 70 Shore A | Viton available on request
  • Manifold material: Raw aluminium (option 1) or zinc plated steel (option 3)
