Why the ALP series

• Lightweight aluminium construction — high-tensile aluminium alloy body, flange and covers keep weight down while resisting deformation under continuous, intermittent and peak pressure.
• Hardened steel gears — case-hardened, quench-hardened, ground and fine-finished for low noise, low pulsation and long service life.
• Pressure-compensated bushings — axial and radial compensation reduces internal leakage and lifts volumetric efficiency.
• Modular and multi-stage capable — single units, or stack stages into modular multiple pumps to feed several circuits from one drive.
• Wide displacement range — covers small auxiliary functions right through to high-flow main pump duties.

Key technical specifications

The ALP range spans four main groups. Continuous (P1) ratings shown — intermittent (P2) and peak (P3) ratings are higher and available on request.

• P1 pressure tapers as displacement rises within each group — larger sizes carry lower maximum continuous pressure. Confirm the exact rating for your chosen size before ordering.
• Recommended fluid: mineral-oil-based hydraulic fluid to DIN 51525 / VDMA 24317, operating between -10°C and +80°C (high- and low-temperature special versions available).
• Filtration: keep contamination within ISO 4406 class limits appropriate to operating pressure for best pump life.
• GHP series (cast-iron flange and covers) is also available where higher pressure ratings are required — ask us if your duty sits at the top of the ALP range.

• Element type: front (A), intermediate (I) or rear (P) for modular builds
• Rotation: clockwise (D) or counter-clockwise (S)
• Shafts, flanges and ports: multiple standard and special options
• Special versions: high/low temperature, reinforced shaft seal (TR), separate inlets (AS) and common inlet (AC, GHP only)
