Ronzio Group 3 Aluminium Gear Pump
The Ronzio Z3 is the high-displacement series in the aluminium gear pump range, covering 13 sizes from 19.9 to 89.6 cm³/rev. With cast iron covers delivering continuous working pressures up to 280 bar and peak pressures up to 310 bar, it is engineered for heavy-duty mobile plant including large excavators, construction and forestry machinery, and industrial power units. Available as a pump or motor in single or tandem configurations, with cross-series assemblies possible alongside Z1 and Z2.

Note: The "Max shaft speed at P1 pressure" values (350–450 rpm) are the maximum operating speed permissible when running at maximum continuous working pressure — not the general no-load speed limit. No-load maximum speeds are 1,800–3,000 rpm depending on size. No intermittent pressure rating is published in the Z3 catalogue. For bi-directional pumps and motors, maximum pressure is reduced by 15%.
