This high-performance LSHT (low-speed, high-torque) motor is built for exceptional strength and durability, transmitting well over 13,000 lb-in of torque — making it the heavyweight of the Torqmotor range for the most demanding drive functions across construction, forestry, agriculture, and heavy industry.

Built to Take Punishment and Keep Running

At the heart of the TG Series powertrain is the torque link — an extra heavy-duty part built around patented 60:40 spline geometry. Rugged construction throughout is what allows the motor to handle such high torque, while the entire powertrain is continually washed in cool, high-flow fluid to assure long service life. Roller vanes and a sealed commutator maintain high efficiency and deliver smooth low-speed performance, even under heavy load.

• Displacement range: 13 options from 141 to 959 cm³/rev (8.6 to 58.5 in³/rev)
• Maximum pressure: up to 207 bar continuous, 276 bar intermittent
• Maximum torque: up to 1044 Nm continuous, 1428 Nm intermittent
• Maximum oil flow: up to 114 L/min
• Maximum speed: up to 660 rpm
• Maximum side load at key: up to 16,000 N

The combination of high torque output and a strong 16,000 N side-load rating makes the TG well suited to wheel-drive and other heavily shaft-loaded applications.

• Mounting and ports: SAE "A" 2-bolt (manifold and 7/8-14 SAE), wheel mounts (standard, front-brake-nose, and optional rear-port manifold), and magneto mounts
• Shaft choices: 1" 6B spline, 1¼" keyed, 1¼" 14-tooth spline, 19-tooth spline, 1¼" tapered, and 1⅜" J501 taper
• Finish: painted or unpainted
