The Bosch Rexroth A10VE is the plug-in version of the proven A10V variable motor — designed to mount directly inside a transmission, axle or winch housing rather than flange on externally. Same well-tried swashplate rotary group, same two-point switchable displacement, in a compact integrated package. Backed by FPD's local stock and hydraulic expertise.

Why the A10VE

A medium-pressure variable motor approved for high rotational speeds, with high power density, low noise and long service life. Two-point control switches between maximum and minimum displacement on demand, and the minimum swivel angle can be set externally to tune the speed/torque split. Sizes 28 to 63, nominal pressure 280 bar, maximum 350 bar, for open and closed circuits.

Configuration options

The A10VE uses a special plug-in mounting flange to integrate directly into the host housing. Choose your control method — direct hydraulic, pilot-pressure, or 12 V / 24 V electric switching solenoids with optional damped (orifice) switching. Drive shafts come splined for high or reduced torque, with multiple working-port layouts (ISO 6162 flange or DIN/ISO threaded). An integrated flushing/boost-pressure valve is available, along with DSA1/DSA2 or DST speed sensing factory-mounted on sizes 28 and 45.

Applications

The plug-in format makes the A10VE a natural fit for compact, fully integrated drives — wheel and track drive transmissions, gearbox-integrated propulsion, and winch drives where external mounting space is tight. Like the A10VM, its switchable displacement suits drives needing both a high-torque and a high-speed mode across construction, civil, forestry, agriculture, mining and transport equipment.
